Registration Requirements

You do not have to be registered for Conference to secure a room right now. But you must register by August 1st to ensure your room is guaranteed. Prior to housing cutoff, we will review the housing list against the registration list and if you are not registered for our Conference, your room may be cancelled.

Beware: Housing Pirates

The approved Housing provider for the NBMBAA® Annual Conference is MCI USA. NBMBAA® will NEVER call you to solicit you to purchase hotel rooms. If someone you don’t know calls you unsolicited to mention NBMBAA® and asks you to provide a card to hold rooms via phone, this is a scam. Please let us know via conference@nbmbaa.org.
