The 46th Annual Conference & Exposition will take place September 17-21, 2024.

The main location is the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 801 Mt. Vernon Place NW,
Washington, DC 20001.
There will also be activities at off-site locations.

Conference Job Match, which opens July 1, is when employers begin posting jobs and have access to start searching the résumé database for on-site Conference interviews.

If you would like to attend Wednesday programs or are purchasing a ticket for the NBMBAA® Leadership Institute or Tech Summit, or you want to attend the chapter welcome event you would need to arrive during the day on Tuesday, 9/17/24.

If you would like to attend the Welcome Reception and Thursday/Friday programs, arrive during the day on Wednesday, 9/18/24.

We recommend departing either Saturday, 9/21/24, or if attending chapter day programs, on Sunday, 9/22/24.

We’ve had a change to our registration types (see Registration Page).
The NBMBAA® Leadership Institute on Wednesday (additional ticket required) returns to its normal format. We’ve also added a Wednesday Tech Summit option (additional ticket required).

There will be a Political Town Hall Event on Tuesday, September 17.

The Campus, a new engagement concept, is coming to our show floor.

Our sessions designed for early career professionals move to Wednesday to allow attendance before the opening of the Expo on Thursday.

If you have a Career Expo pass, you would also need to purchase a ticket to access the Keynote Luncheons.

Exhibitor and Sponsor registrations are handled through the Exhibitor dashboard. Exhibitors have special registration rates. Exhibitor/Sponsor registration will also open in April. Please contact your account representative if you are a sponsor (pd@nbmbaa.org). For exhibitors, contact exhibitor support via nbmbaa@eagteam.com. Note that exhibitors must be paid in full to access their registrations.

Attendees can register at any point, however access to the NBMBAA® Job Board is not available until you register so we encourage you to register as soon as possible to access all Conference benefits. Exhibitors must register their staff by August 30th, 2024.
NBMBAA® members receive a 50% discount on public rates.

There are no additional student discounts.
Glad you asked! Our local chapters sponsor attendees, as do corporations. Keep an eye on our scholarship page for a chance to apply for Conference support. Overall registration should be available in April.

You will be able to access your allotment through the Exhibitor Portal in June. Login credentials will be sent from NBMBAA® Show Management.

This year, exhibitors must register their staff by August 30th, 2024. Names can be changed after this point; but for those who have not registered staff by this point, you will be shifted to our Concierge program and subject to an additional registration fee.
Exhibitor kits will be available to exhibitors within the Exhibitor Portal in May.

No. Our official housing provider is MCI USA, and they will never call unsolicited. There are housing scammers who will call offering rooms and are not guaranteed, nor official. Only rooms booked through our block and official provider are protected.

NBMBAA® partners with several vendors to provide services. However, in most cases those partners will not reach out to you, but official partners who may contact you include:

No, the fall Conference will have an in-person option only.

Corporate Partners will post job and pre-screen résumés for interviews this summer. Your best chance for interviews is to make sure your information is up to date when companies begin searching.
Visit the NBMBAA® Job Board as soon as you register or follow the link on your registration confirmation to visit the NBMBAA® Career Success Network® job board, upload your current résumé, apply for current jobs and contact employers. Conference Job Match opens July 1, so don’t delay.

No, but we highly recommend you post it as soon as possible if you are job seeking. Recruiters will be looking at candidates all summer.

Without posting your résumé, employers will not be able to find you to offer pre-scheduled interviews. You will still be able to upload your résumé for consideration closer to the event, but you will not have interviews set up in advance and will have to rely on whatever chats/interviews you can secure on-the-fly during the event days. We highly recommend posting your résumé or curriculum vitae as soon as possible.
