Our main venue for this year’s event, the Walter E Washington Convention Center, is fully ADA compliant. Streets surrounding the venue feature curb cuts and there is accessible access to the building on all entrances.
We provide accessible sleeping rooms throughout our hotel blocks. Rooms for hearing impaired, blind and attendees in wheelchairs are available. Contact our Housing Provider at nbmbaa@mcievents.com
to request these rooms.
We caption our keynote sessions, (e.g., Thursday Luncheon, Friday Breakfast and Friday Luncheon) and other sessions as requested by show organizers. Hearing Assistance is built into the building and can also be accommodated in our session rooms.
Our registration area includes an ADA counter to assist attendees in wheelchairs or motorized scooters.
We offer a secure Nursing Mother’s Room, which includes private spaces, power and refrigerated storage (unmonitored).
We offer a non-sectarian Prayer Room to accommodate silent reflection and Muslim prayer, including space for prayer rugs.
